Services

Two services. Both Shopify-flavoured.

I build Shopify apps end-to-end, and I wire Shopify stores into the ERPs that run the rest of the business. Pricing is project-based — we'll work it out together once I understand what you're actually after.

01 · Apps

Shopify app development

Public or custom apps built on the modern Shopify stack — embedded admin, storefront extensions, checkout extensions, and webhooks that don't fall over at 11pm.

What's included

  • Discovery: a working scope, not a sales document.
  • Embedded admin UI built with Polaris (or your own brand if it's a custom app).
  • Storefront and checkout UI extensions where they make sense, so merchants don't have to edit storefront code.
  • Webhooks that handle retries, idempotency and the awkward edge cases properly.
  • App Store submission help if you're going public.
  • Hand-off docs and a short maintenance window after launch.

Who it's for

Founders who need a public app on the Store, or established merchants who need a private app to glue their stack together. If you've ever said "surely there's an app for this" and then realised there isn't — that's the brief.

02 · ERP

ERP integrations

Wiring your Shopify store into the rest of your business — order sync, stock sync, customer data, the lot. Off-the-shelf connectors where they fit, custom middleware where they don't.

What's included

  • Connecting Shopify to NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Brightpearl, Linnworks, or whatever else is keeping your finance and ops teams up at night.
  • Mapping the data on both sides before any code gets written — SKUs, tax codes, customers, fulfilment statuses.
  • Order, stock, product and customer sync — in whichever direction(s) your business actually needs.
  • Idempotent webhook handlers, retries, and a dead-letter you can actually open and read.
  • A small status page or admin dashboard when one is genuinely useful.
  • Runbooks for the things that will go wrong eventually, so your team isn't blocked when they do.

Who it's for

Operations or engineering leads at growing Shopify merchants who've already tried a Zapier and run out of road. Or developers at agencies who'd rather sub-contract the gnarly bit than write it twice.

What I won't do

Saying yes to everything is how projects go sideways. Here's the stuff I'd rather flag up-front.

  • Ongoing hosting at a managed-service price. I'll help you get set up on Fly, Forge or your platform of choice — but you own the bill.
  • Marketing or App Store ASO. Happy to advise; I won't run the campaigns.
  • Storefront design or build as a standalone project. Happy to point you at the people I trust for that.
  • 24/7 ops. I'll write the runbook; you (or your team) run it.

Not sure which bucket you're in?

Most projects don't fit neatly into one. Get in touch and I'll tell you honestly whether it's something I should take on.
